7. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

- Returns must be received within 7 days in original, unopened condition for a full refund.
- If an item has been used, a restocking fee may apply unless a manufacturing fault is found.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is faulty.
