1. Information on how to claim your bonus Compact Scooter and Ukraine The Centuries-Old Battle for Freedom forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion only applies to purchases made for the period from August 15, 2025 through to September 8, 2025 only (“Promotional Period”). All purchases must be in this period to qualify and all claims must be received by close of business Septmber 15 2025. Claims received after this date may be deemed invalid and ineligible to receive the Bonus Compact Scooter and Ukraine The Centuries-Old Battle for Freedom forms. Purchases made outside these dates will also be deemed invalid.
3. To be eligible for the bonus Ugears Compact Scooter and Ukraine The Centuries-Old Battle for Freedom claimants must spend $150.00 either at ugearsaustralia.com.au or at an affiliated Ugears store in Australia during the Promotional Period.
4. To make a claim, the claimant must fully complete the official Claim Form and send it, along with a copy of their original receipt verifying their purchase of Ugears models of $150 or more to admin@ugearsaustralia.com.au. Only copies of original detailed receipts verifying purchase of the products will be accepted. “Claim Form” means the official document containing these Terms and Conditions, which must be used by claimants to claim the Bonus Compact Scooter and Ukraine The Centuries-Old Battle for Freedom from the Promoter.
5. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
6. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into after 6 weeks of closing date of promotion.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and to disqualify any claimant for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or for tampering with the claim process. Claims will be deemed invalid if the same receipt number is used for more than one claim.
8. Claims will not be accepted on back-ordered products. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a claim if products returned.
9. Offer not valid with any other offer or transferable.
10. Redemption available while stock lasts.
11. Only one Ugears Compact Scooter and Ukraine The Centuries-Old Battle for Freedom valid for redemption per eligible Ugears model.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for a personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in South Australia, Australia.
