How do I use my points?
Once you’ve added your models to the cart, head to checkout. If you’re signed in, you’ll be able to input how many points you’d like to redeem.
Your discount will be applied instantly.
Is there a minimum spend to use my points?
There’s no minimum order value required.
However, the minimum redemption amount is 200 points = $5 off.
Is there a limit to how many points I can use?
No – if you have enough points in your account, you can use them in a single transaction.
What happens if I return an order?
If you return or cancel an order, the points earned from those items will be deducted from your account.
Points that were used as a discount on a returned order cannot be reinstated.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned. We recommend using them regularly so you don’t miss out.
Can I use my points on other Ugears websites?
No. Points and membership are valid only on the Ugears Australia website.
