Quality Guarantee

Dedicated to customers’ complete satisfaction and standing behind the quality of our models we offer our customers a 1-year part replacement for all UGEARS models.

We recommend that you inspect your kit shortly after the purchase and before starting assembly. Should a part of your kit be broken or becomes broken, we will replace the part with an identical item at our expense.

A good challenge. This model requires a moderate level of dexterity, but even novices (like me) should be able to tackle it. Might take a little longer, but the result is worth it.
