Dedicated to customers’ complete satisfaction and standing behind the quality of our models we offer our customers a 1-year part replacement for all UGEARS models.

We recommend that you inspect your kit upon purchase and before starting assembly. If you find a damaged or broken part—or if a piece breaks during assembly—we’ll replace it free of charge.
