UGM – 11 Truck

The UGM-11 Truck brings engineering to life with moving parts, shifting gears, and realistic motion. It drives, steers, and accelerates much like a real vehicle.

To start, “fuel up” by turning the lever on top of the cab. Switch the shifter to “idle” and watch the four pistons move under the folding hood as the engine comes to life. Open the doors to explore a fully detailed cabin, complete with a functioning steering wheel and working gas pedal. When you're ready to roll, shift into forward or reverse and watch your truck head off on its next journey.

Crafted in Ugears’ distinctive Rubberpunk style — a fusion of steampunk aesthetics and functional mechanics — the UGM-11 features an intentionally raw, open design that showcases its inner workings. Every moving part is visible, creating a satisfying experience for both builders and observers.

Made from precision laser-cut plywood, the kit requires no glue or special tools. It’s a rewarding project for anyone who enjoys hands-on challenges, and a stunning model to display once completed.
