Flying Ford Anglia™ Model

The Ugears Flying Ford Anglia™ is a spring-powered wooden model car packed with mechanical magic and clever details. A single wind-up of the ratchet mechanism propels the car 3–4 metres, with a start/stop button cleverly disguised as the rear license plate. A neutral gear also lets the car roll freely.

The front wheels rotate 25 degrees in either direction and can be steered using the wheel or by gently pressing the tyres—drive straight or make tight turns. Rubber band tyres give the Anglia traction on surfaces from carpet to tile.

The model features manually opening doors, boot, and bonnet. Under the hood, you'll find engine detailing, and the spacious trunk holds two model suitcases engraved with the Hogwarts™ crest.

But the real fun? An ejection mechanism. Press the front license plate and watch the side doors and boot fly open as the seats tip and eject the contents—just like in the film!

With 246 laser-cut parts, this model offers around 6 hours of build time. Everything you need is in the box—no glue or tools required. Just follow the illustrated instructions, and use the included sandpaper and wax to keep moving parts running smoothly.
